  2. “So the dead shall rise” — When I see graveyards I instantly think of all the stories that the dead can tell. So many lives that had seen countless days of sunshine and rain, happiness and misery, fame and obscurity. It is sad that we don’t get to write our stories on the headstones. I would spend so much time there if that were so. So many interesting lives.

    1. You’re right.I was thinking more or less the same when I was standing there in Kyoto.And it’s such a beautiful graveyard!I certainly wouldn’t mind to be buried there,even without a story on my headstone.
